I'm Tracy Abney, founder of
Tri-P-ology Leadership Consulting.
After 28 years of service in the United States Air Force, I retired as a Chief Master Sergeant with a passion for developing people and helping leaders and teams perform at their highest potential.
Throughout my career, I led, coached, trained, and developed more than 4,000 professionals across 78 sites. My experience taught me that leadership isn't simply about position or authority. It's about people, trust, communication, accountability, performance, and creating an environment where others can succeed.
I created Tri-P-ology Leadership Consulting to bring those lessons beyond the military and into organizations committed to developing their people and strengthening their teams.
