About The Founder
Tracy Abney is a retired United States Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with 28 years of military
service, and the Founder of Tri-P-ology Leadership Consulting. As a Licensed Partner with
GiANT Worldwide, Tracy specializes in transforming corporate teams and leaders by delivering
military-tested leadership strategies that drive communication, team alignment, and performance.
A trusted organizational performance coach, Tracy brings proven leadership tools and battle-tested
insights to help professionals thrive in high-pressure environments, adapt to change, and lead with
confidence. Her approach blends strategic precision with human connection—equipping leaders to
navigate complexity while building strong, mission-driven teams.
Tri-P-ology Leadership Consulting is dedicated to the study and exploration of leading with
purpose, passion, and positivity. Tracy helps leaders develop a profound understanding of these
principles and integrate them into their leadership style for long-term personal and organizational
success.
Throughout her distinguished Air Force career, she led and developed over 4,000 professionals
across 78 global sites. She directed deployment and distribution operations, managed
multimillion-dollar resources, and delivered over 20,000 hours of leadership, team-building, and
performance training. Tracy has held roles as Operations Manager, Senior HR Manager, Project
Leader, and Instructor—each demanding the strategic oversight and people-first leadership she now
brings to her clients.
Her expertise spans human resources, logistics, performance management, and culture transformation. She is known for aligning teams with organizational goals, strengthening communication systems, and helping leaders build cultures of accountability and trust.
Tracy holds an MS in Management from the University of Mary and a BS in Business Management from Park University. She is certified in military instruction, technical writing, and senior leadership development. Her clients benefit from her strategic mindset, positive energy, and ability to translate military-tested systems into practical leadership solutions.
